From one-motion drawing to a boardroom-ready playback — Fluxcarta covers the full journey from CMDB spreadsheet to explained landscape.

  • Automatic intelligent layout

    Add the systems and connections — Fluxcarta works out the landscape. Positioning is driven by tiers and the relationships between systems, so the map stays readable as it grows. Move or pin anything you want; when the landscape changes, Arrange recalculates the structure while respecting your manual choices.

  • One landscape. Every process.

    Model the application landscape once, then add as many business processes and customer journeys as you need. Select one and the map reshapes to exactly that chain — everything you add inside it automatically belongs to that process, including the next step number in the sequence. No separate diagram to maintain per process.

  • Draw a chain in one motion

    Click system after system and the connections string together — or type Source -> System B -> System C and one Enter lays down the whole chain. Details can wait, or take one tap with "like the previous one".

  • Press play

    The journey panel walks the process steps one by one — each step lights up, with a tick as the beat. Presentation mode turns it into a full-screen story with large captions. This is the moment a steering committee first truly gets the landscape.

  • Data you can see flowing — in 3D too

    Moving particles continuously show which way the data travels. Switch to 3D and the same model becomes a spatial scene where the journey plays. Export as a rotatable 3D model (glTF) or a PowerPoint 3D snapshot.

  • Privacy & governance built in

    The PII lens shows only the systems and flows carrying personal data. The quality report flags missing owners, unclassified flows, and — per process — whether it's actually "done". Compliance answers without a separate GRC tool.

    See instantly what's hit downstream when a system fails, and trace the exact route data travels between any two systems through the whole landscape.

  • Search, filter & spotlight

    Filter the landscape by domain, business function, PII status or process. The process filter centres the view automatically on the systems that belong to it.

    A full-screen overlay of every system as a rich card — independent of the canvas. Filter, search, and bulk-assign owners or domains to multiple systems at once. Ideal for cleaning up a freshly imported CMDB.

  • Multi-select & bulk operations

    Shift-drag a rubber-band lasso to select. Shift-click to toggle. Bulk delete or bulk-assign in one action — the camera auto-frames the selection.
